Classic Concepts, Inc., a Los Angeles based Home Furnishings Wholesale Importer is currently seeking an energetic candidate for a Customer Service Representative role. This is a 3/4 time job, entailing 32 hours per week.

Our ideal candidate will provide superior service and support to existing clients and enjoy working with quality home furnishings / decor products all within a pleasant work environment!

Duties include but are not limited to: Handling customer service calls and support requests
  • Order entry/Tracking shipments
  • Handling freight claims
  • Updating spreadsheets
  • Managing Customer accounts

  • Skills/ Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years prior Customer Service Experience a must
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
  • Computer skills (Proficiency in Excel is crucial)
  • Sales experience is a plus
  • Attention to detail, organized, and efficient
  • Quick learner, able to work independently
  • Must enjoy working in a team environment and be a team player
